PLEASE NOTE: THE BELT SIZE IS NOT THE PANT SIZE. Our form will include instructions on how to measure for the belt size.
Total Length:
Your canvas will need to be 4” less than your measured belt size. We need a plain background 2.75” before your design begins and 2” after the design ends, exception is for repeating patterns. We need this plain background area for the leather tabs to be properly anchored and the billet to swing over.
Belt Width:
Your canvas will need to be either 21 or 23 rows wide on 18 count canvas and 13-15 rows on 13 count canvas. Your belt will need a finishing stitch. If you’ve done extra rows in lieu of a finishing stitch (two rows on top and two on bottom) this will be considered a roll over ($10 extra charge must be selected for this).

We glue and stitch your canvas to finest full-grain bridle leather giving it the most durable and quality leather finish available.
